By accessing or using our online learning platform, located at 100 Cambridge Street, Boston, MA 02114, and operated by LearnSphere Academy ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service ("Users").

2. Account Registration and Use

3. Course Enrollment and Payment

LearnSphere Academy offers a variety of online courses for professional and personal development. When you enroll in a course, you agree to pay the applicable fees as displayed on our platform. All fees are quoted in US dollars and are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy (see Section 9 below). We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, debit cards, and other electronic payment methods. By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your enrollment fee.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. 5. User Conduct

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

LearnSphere Academy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of our platform or the information, content, materials, or products included on our platform. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that our platform is free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

10. Refund Policy

LearnSphere Academy is committed to providing high-quality online education. If you are not satisfied with a course, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

• You must request a refund within 14 days of enrolling in the course.
• You must have completed less than 20% of the course content.
• The course must not be marked as "non-refundable."

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your enrollment details and the reason for your refund request. We will review your request and notify you of our decision within 7 business days. If your refund request is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Boston, Massachusetts, for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our platform.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using our platform.

15. Entire Agreement
